Highland & Tonic

The everyday wild

The purest expression, let the botanicals do the talking over a long, cold pour of premium tonic.

  • Bosnian Beast Gin50 ml
  • Premium Indian tonic150 ml
  • Fresh rosemary sprig1
  • Grapefruit twist1

Method, Fill a balloon glass with ice. Pour the gin, top slowly with tonic. Clap the rosemary between your palms and drop it in. Express the grapefruit twist over the top.

Lone Wolf

Dark & brooding

A negroni's wilder cousin, bitter, herbal and built for slow sipping after dark.

  • Bosnian Beast Gin30 ml
  • Bitter red aperitivo30 ml
  • Sweet vermouth30 ml
  • Orange peel, smoked1

Method, Stir all over a large block of ice in a rocks glass until well chilled. Pass a flame near the orange peel, express the oils, and rest it on the rim.

Mountain Sour

Bright & sharp

Tart, silky and aromatic, a gin sour lifted with wild honey and a whisper of pine.

  • Bosnian Beast Gin50 ml
  • Fresh lemon juice25 ml
  • Wild honey syrup20 ml
  • Egg white (or aquafaba)1
  • Spruce / pine bitters2 dashes

Method, Dry-shake all without ice, then shake hard with ice. Double-strain into a coupe. Float the bitters and draw a line through with a pick.
